Nova Satus LLC is a software and technology provider, not a law firm or a lawyer referral service. The information, mathematical evaluations, plan comparisons, and automated document outputs provided on this website do not constitute legal advice, formal financial planning, or tax advice. No attorney-client relationship is formed between you and Nova Satus LLC through your use of this software.
Borrowers facing formal debt collection, default litigation, wage garnishment, or bankruptcy adversary proceedings should seek advice from a licensed attorney admitted to practice in their local jurisdiction.
2. Independent Platform • No Government Affiliation
Nova Satus LLC is a privately owned and operated commercial entity. Nova Satus is NOT affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or partnered with the United States Government, the U.S. Department of Education, Federal Student Aid (FSA), or any federal loan servicer.
Federal student loan consolidation, income-driven repayment plan requests, and public service loan forgiveness certifications can be submitted directly by borrowers for free through the official U.S. Department of Education website at StudentAid.gov or by contacting your loan servicer.
3. Evaluation Estimates • Judicial & Administrative Discretion
All calculations of prospective monthly payments, forgiveness discharge dates, and bankruptcy undue hardship probability ratings are computational projections based upon published federal poverty thresholds and mathematical formulas under 20 U.S.C. Β§ 1087e and 11 U.S.C. Β§ 523(a)(8). Nova Satus does not guarantee any outcome.
In bankruptcy proceedings, whether a debtor has satisfied the Brunner or Totality of the Circumstances test and is entitled to an undue hardship discharge is determined exclusively by the presiding United States Bankruptcy Judge following an adversary proceeding.

A generated Certificate of Transmission and Proof of Timely Filing indicates that the digital transmission was successfully delivered to the recipientβs carrier terminal. It does not certify that the recipient loan servicer has completed internal data entry, processed the request, or updated your loan status.
